Business analysts (BAs) are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business. BAs are responsible for analyzing an organization or business domain to help in guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis. A BA documents business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology, and reports to executives and stakeholders.
